Ours는 커플이 개인적인 일기와 추억을 기록하고 서로 확인할 수 있도록 돕는 서비스입니다. 이 개인정보 처리방침은 team samgakji이 Ours 앱, 웹 정책 페이지, 서버, 지원 채널에서 개인정보를 처리하는 방식에 적용됩니다.
개인정보 보호, 지원, 계정 삭제, 동의 철회 요청은 team.samgakji@gmail.com로 이메일 보내 주세요. Ours는 한국을 주요 운영 지역으로 보되, Apple App Store와 Google Play에서 요구하는 개인정보 투명성 기준도 함께 반영합니다.

Ours is a service for couples to record private diaries and memories and view shared partner activity. This Privacy Policy applies to personal data processed by team samgakji through the Ours app, web policy pages, servers, and support channels.
For privacy, support, account deletion, or consent withdrawal requests, email team.samgakji@gmail.com. Ours is operated primarily for Korea while also reflecting Apple App Store and Google Play transparency requirements.
Data We Collect
Korean
계정 및 인증 데이터: 이메일, 인증 제공자, 인증 식별자, 비밀번호 해시가 있는 경우의 인증 정보, 로그인 또는 세션 상태를 처리합니다.
프로필 및 관계 데이터: 닉네임, 선택한 캐릭터/아이콘, 언어 설정, 파트너 연결 상태, 초대 코드, 파트너 초대 승인 상태를 처리합니다.
일기 및 커플 콘텐츠: 일기 본문, 날짜, 감정/아이콘, 이미지, 이미지 URL, 파트너 일기 표시 정보, 파트너 반응을 처리합니다.
기기, 앱, 알림 데이터: 앱 버전, 빌드/런타임 정보, OS 또는 기기 관련 진단 정보, 알림 설정, APNs 푸시 토큰, 알림 전송 결과 로그를 처리할 수 있습니다.
사진/카메라 데이터: 사용자가 일기에 이미지를 첨부할 때 선택한 사진 또는 촬영한 이미지를 처리합니다. Ours는 사용자가 선택하거나 촬영한 이미지를 일기 기능 제공 목적으로 사용합니다.
분석 데이터: 버튼, 화면, 오류 상태, 가입/파트너 연결/일기 저장 같은 기능 사용 이벤트와 제한된 속성을 PostHog 등 분석 도구로 처리할 수 있습니다. Ours는 일기 본문, 이미지 내용, 파트너의 사적인 콘텐츠를 분석 이벤트로 의도적으로 전송하지 않습니다.
지원 및 문의 데이터: 문의 양식 또는 이메일로 제공된 이름, 이메일 주소, 문의 내용을 처리합니다. 문제 해결에 필요한 최소 정보만 보내 주세요.
서버 로그 및 보안 데이터: 요청 시각, 오류, 인증 실패, DB/이미지/푸시 실패, IP 주소 또는 유사한 네트워크·보안 로그가 시스템 운영 중 기록될 수 있습니다.

Account and authentication data: email, authentication provider, authentication identifiers, authentication information such as password hashes where applicable, and login or session state.
Profile and relationship data: nickname, selected character/icon, language setting, partner connection state, invite codes, and partner invitation approval state.
Diary and couple content: diary body, date, emotion/icon, images, image URLs, partner diary display data, and partner reactions.
Device, app, and notification data: app version, build/runtime data, OS or device diagnostics, notification settings, APNs push tokens, and notification delivery logs may be processed.
Photo and camera data: when a user attaches an image to a diary, Ours processes the selected photo or captured image for the diary feature.
Analytics data: button, screen, error state, signup, partner connection, diary save, and similar product events with limited properties may be processed through analytics tools such as PostHog. Ours does not intentionally send diary body text, image contents, or a partner's private content to analytics events.
Support and contact data: name, email address, and message content provided through support forms or email. Please send only the minimum information needed to resolve the issue.
Server logs and security data: request time, errors, authentication failures, database/image/push failures, IP address, or similar network and security logs may be recorded during system operation.
How Data Is Collected

사용자가 앱에서 직접 입력하거나 업로드한 정보, 파트너 연결·일기 작성·문의 제출 같은 제품 사용 과정에서 생성된 정보, Apple/Google 인증 및 OS 권한 흐름에서 제공되는 정보, 서버/API 로그, PostHog 같은 SDK에서 생성되는 제한된 분석 이벤트를 통해 수집됩니다.
카메라, 사진, 알림 권한은 사용자의 OS 권한 설정을 따릅니다. 권한을 거부하면 해당 기능이 제한될 수 있지만, 가능한 경우 기본 일기 기능은 계속 사용할 수 있도록 설계합니다.

Data is collected from information users enter or upload in the app, information generated through product flows such as partner matching, diary writing, and support submissions, information provided through Apple/Google authentication and OS permission flows, server/API logs, and limited analytics events generated by SDKs such as PostHog.
Camera, photo, and notification access follow the user's OS permission settings. If permission is denied, related features may be limited, but Ours aims to keep core diary features available where possible.
Purposes of Processing

Ours는 계정 생성, 로그인, 사용자 식별, 파트너 연결, 일기 저장·조회·수정·삭제, 이미지 업로드·삭제, 파트너 반응, 알림, 문의 응대, 보안, 장애 대응, 악용 방지, 서비스 품질 개선을 위해 개인정보를 처리합니다.
일기와 이미지는 공개 피드, 광고 타게팅, 검색 엔진 노출을 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다. 연결된 파트너에게 보여야 하는 커플 기능과 사용자가 요청한 서비스 제공을 위해 처리합니다.

Ours processes personal data for account creation, login, user identification, partner matching, diary save/read/edit/delete flows, image upload/delete, partner reactions, notifications, support, security, incident response, abuse prevention, and service quality improvement.
Diaries and images are not used for public feeds, ad targeting, or search indexing. They are processed to provide the couple features visible to the connected partner and the service requested by the user.
Partner Visibility and Sharing

사용자가 파트너와 연결되면, 커플 기능 제공에 필요한 일기 날짜, 일기 본문, 이미지, 감정/아이콘, 반응, 파트너 상태가 연결된 파트너에게 표시될 수 있습니다.
파트너에게 이미 표시된 콘텐츠는 상대방이 보았거나 기기에서 확인했을 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 또는 연결 해제 후에도 상대방에게 이미 전달되거나 표시된 사실 자체를 되돌릴 수는 없습니다.
Ours는 사용자의 일기 본문이나 이미지를 공개 소셜 네트워크, 데이터 브로커, 광고 네트워크에 판매하지 않습니다.

When a user is connected with a partner, diary dates, diary body text, images, emotion/icons, reactions, and partner state needed for couple features may be shown to the connected partner.
Content already shown to a partner may have been viewed or accessed on the partner's device. Account deletion or partner disconnection cannot undo the fact that content was already delivered or displayed.
Ours does not sell diary body text or images to public social networks, data brokers, or advertising networks.
Processors and Service Providers

Apple 및 Google: 앱 배포, OS 권한, Apple/Google 로그인, 플랫폼 심사와 결제/스토어 운영에 필요할 수 있는 범위에서 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.
Expo 및 APNs: 앱 업데이트, 런타임, 푸시 알림 기능 제공을 위해 제한된 기기·알림 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
AWS S3 또는 동등한 객체 스토리지: 사용자가 첨부한 일기 이미지를 저장하고 제공하기 위해 이미지 객체와 URL을 처리합니다.
PostHog: 제품 품질과 사용 흐름 이해를 위해 제한된 분석 이벤트를 처리합니다.
Railway, Vercel 또는 동등한 인프라 제공업체: API 서버, 웹 정책 페이지, 배포, 로그, 네트워크 운영을 위해 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.
Ours는 이러한 제공업체가 이 개인정보 처리방침과 동등하거나 합리적으로 유사한 보호 수준으로 사용자 데이터를 처리하도록 계약, 설정, 최소 수집 원칙을 통해 관리하려고 노력합니다.

Apple and Google: may process data for app distribution, OS permissions, Apple/Google login, platform review, and store operations where needed.
Expo and APNs: may process limited device and notification data to provide app updates, runtime services, and push notifications.
AWS S3 or equivalent object storage: processes image objects and URLs to store and serve diary images attached by users.
PostHog: processes limited analytics events to understand product quality and usage flows.
Railway, Vercel, or equivalent infrastructure providers: may process data for API servers, web policy pages, deployment, logs, and network operation.
Ours seeks to manage these providers through contracts, configuration, and data-minimization practices so they protect user data at the same or a reasonably comparable level to this Privacy Policy.
Retention and Deletion

계정과 서비스 데이터는 계정이 유지되는 동안 또는 서비스 제공, 보안, 장애 대응, 법적 의무, 분쟁 해결에 필요한 기간 동안 보관됩니다.
사용자가 앱 또는 이메일로 계정 삭제를 요청하면, 본인 확인 후 활성 서비스 시스템에서 계정, 프로필, 인증 관련 계정 레코드, 파트너 연결 정보, 사용자 생성 일기 데이터와 이미지, 지원 데이터 중 해당 계정과 연결된 정보를 삭제하거나 비식별화하기 위해 합리적인 조치를 취합니다.
백업, 보안 로그, 장애 분석 기록, 악용·사기 방지 기록, 법적 보존 의무가 있는 기록, 이미 파트너에게 표시된 공유 콘텐츠는 즉시 전부 삭제되지 않을 수 있습니다.
현재 시스템 동작상 모든 객체 스토리지 이미지, 백업, 로그가 계정 삭제 즉시 완전 삭제된다고 약속하지 않습니다. 더 넓은 삭제 요청이 필요하면 이메일로 요청해 주세요.

Account and service data is retained while the account is active or for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, respond to incidents, comply with legal duties, and resolve disputes.
When a user requests account deletion through the app or by email, after verification, Ours takes reasonable steps to delete or de-identify account data, profile data, authentication-related account records, partner connection data, user-created diary data and images, and support data linked to the account from active service systems.
Backups, security logs, incident diagnostics, abuse/fraud prevention records, legally required records, and shared content already shown to a partner may not be deleted immediately from every system.
Given current system behavior, Ours does not promise that every object-storage image, backup, or log is fully deleted immediately when an account is deleted. Contact us by email for broader deletion requests.
Your Rights and Choices

사용자는 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지, 동의 철회, 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.
앱 설정에서 일부 프로필, 알림, 파트너 연결, 계정 삭제 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다. 앱에 접근할 수 없거나 추가 요청이 필요하면 이메일로 문의해 주세요.
알림, 카메라, 사진 접근 권한은 OS 설정에서 변경할 수 있습니다. 권한을 끄면 관련 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
한국에서 만 14세 미만 사용자의 개인정보 처리에는 법정대리인 동의가 필요할 수 있으며, 법정대리인은 아동의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지를 요청할 수 있습니다.

Users may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, withdrawal of consent, and account deletion for their personal data.
Some profile, notification, partner connection, and account deletion controls are available in app settings. If you cannot access the app or need an additional request, contact us by email.
Notification, camera, and photo permissions can be changed in OS settings. Turning off permissions may limit related features.
In Korea, processing personal data of users under 14 may require consent from a legal guardian. Legal guardians may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing for a child's personal data.
Security

Ours는 HTTPS/TLS, 인증 토큰, 접근 제한, 최소 수집, 오류·보안 로그, 운영 권한 제한 같은 기술적·관리적 보호 조치를 사용하려고 노력합니다.
다만 어떤 인터넷 서비스도 완전한 보안을 보장할 수 없습니다. 민감한 일기 내용이나 이미지를 저장하기 전, 연결된 파트너에게 표시될 수 있다는 점을 이해해야 합니다.

Ours seeks to use technical and administrative safeguards such as HTTPS/TLS, authentication tokens, access controls, data minimization, error/security logs, and limited operational access.
No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Before saving sensitive diary text or images, users should understand that content may be visible to their connected partner.
Changes and Contact
