Ours를 사용하면 이 약관에 동의하는 것입니다. 서비스 운영자는 team samgakji입니다.
약관에 동의하지 않으면 서비스를 사용하지 않아야 합니다. 사용자가 미성년자인 경우, 필요한 범위에서 법정대리인과 함께 이 약관 및 개인정보 처리방침을 확인해야 합니다.

By using Ours, you agree to these Terms. The service is operated by team samgakji.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service. If you are a minor, you should review these Terms and the Privacy Policy with a legal guardian where required.
All-Age Access and Legal Guardian Consent

Ours는 특정 성인 전용 서비스로 설계된 것이 아니며, 다양한 연령의 사용자가 이용할 수 있습니다.
다만 한국에서 만 14세 미만 사용자의 개인정보 처리에는 법정대리인 동의가 필요할 수 있습니다. 만 14세 미만 사용자는 법정대리인의 동의와 지도 아래 서비스를 이용해야 합니다.
법정대리인은 아동의 계정, 개인정보, 삭제 요청에 관해 Ours에 문의할 수 있습니다.

Ours is not designed as an adults-only service and may be used by people of different ages.
However, in Korea, processing personal data of users under 14 may require consent from a legal guardian. Users under 14 should use the service with legal guardian consent and guidance.
Legal guardians may contact Ours about a child's account, personal data, or deletion request.
Your Account

사용자는 자신의 계정, 로그인 수단, 기기 접근을 안전하게 관리해야 합니다.
타인의 계정에 접근하거나, 허가 없이 파트너 관계를 조작하거나, 초대 코드를 오용하거나, 다른 사람을 사칭해서는 안 됩니다.
계정 또는 파트너 연결에서 이상한 활동을 발견하면 즉시 Ours에 연락해 주세요.

Users are responsible for keeping their account, login method, and device access secure.
Users must not access another person's account, manipulate partner relationships without permission, misuse invite codes, or impersonate others.
Contact Ours promptly if you notice unusual account or partner-connection activity.
User Content and Limited License

사용자는 자신이 작성하거나 업로드한 일기, 이미지, 반응에 대한 권리를 보유합니다.
사용자는 Ours가 서비스 제공, 저장, 표시, 파트너 공유, 백업, 보안, 지원, 장애 대응에 필요한 범위에서 사용자 콘텐츠를 처리할 수 있는 제한적 권한을 부여합니다.
연결된 파트너에게 보여주기 위해 저장한 콘텐츠는 파트너에게 표시될 수 있습니다. 매우 민감한 정보를 기록하기 전 이 점을 이해해야 합니다.

Users keep their rights in diaries, images, reactions, and other content they create or upload.
Users grant Ours a limited permission to process user content as needed to provide, store, display, share with the connected partner, back up, secure, support, and troubleshoot the service.
Content saved for a connected partner may be visible to that partner. Users should understand this before recording highly sensitive information.
Acceptable Use

불법 콘텐츠, 비동의 사적 이미지, 미성년자의 성적 콘텐츠, 괴롭힘, 협박, 스토킹, 착취, 혐오 또는 폭력 선동, 타인 권리 침해, 서비스 보안 우회, 자동화된 남용은 금지됩니다.
파트너 연결, 초대 코드, 알림, 문의 기능을 상대방에게 압박이나 괴롭힘을 주는 방식으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
Ours는 비공개 커플 일기 서비스이지만, 비공개라는 이유로 불법적이거나 유해한 사용이 허용되는 것은 아닙니다.

Illegal content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, harassment, threats, stalking, exploitation, hateful or violent incitement, rights violations, security bypassing, and automated abuse are prohibited.
Partner matching, invite codes, notifications, and support channels must not be used to pressure or harass another person.
Ours is a private couple diary service, but privacy does not permit illegal or harmful use.
Service Limits and No Emergency Use

서비스는 변경, 중단, 제한될 수 있습니다. 데이터 손실을 막기 위해 합리적으로 노력하지만, 모든 오류나 중단이 없다고 보장하지 않습니다.
Ours는 응급 구조, 범죄 신고, 의료·법률 상담, 안전 위기 대응 서비스가 아닙니다. 긴급한 위험이 있으면 현지 긴급 전화, 보호자, 전문가, 관계 기관에 연락해야 합니다.
중요한 개인 기록은 사용자가 별도로 백업하는 것이 좋습니다.

The service may change, be interrupted, or be limited. We make reasonable efforts to prevent data loss but do not guarantee that the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
Ours is not an emergency, crime-reporting, medical, legal, or safety-crisis response service. If there is urgent danger, contact local emergency services, guardians, professionals, or relevant authorities.
Users should keep separate backups of important personal records.
Suspension, Removal, and Termination

Ours는 법률, 보안, 안전, 권리 침해, 약관 위반, 악용 위험이 있는 경우 콘텐츠 또는 계정 접근을 제한하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.
사용자는 앱 내 계정 삭제 기능 또는 이메일 요청을 통해 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다.

Ours may restrict or remove content or account access where needed for legal, security, safety, rights-protection, Terms violation, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Users may request account deletion through the in-app deletion flow or by email.
